"The Institute for Strategy Development provides transparency in convoluted situations through precise analyses and clear language, and thus opens up constructive courses of action."
Dr August Oetker
Brau Holding International

It ordered the public study on can deposits, with the goal of compiling an exhaustive description of the various parties and their positions in the debate over can deposits. There was hardly another subject that dominated the country’s media in 2003 as strongly as this discussion did.
To understand the convolutedness, the independent momentum and the normality of such conflict situations is the basis for constructive solutions. During the research for this study, more than one hundred interviews with leading managers, politicians and lobbyists were conducted .
