IFSE evaluates organizational measures for their efficiency and quality. This may relate to human resource development, demanding distributing organizations, the organizational culture, structures of governance or forms of cooperation. At the same time it may be required to check single CSR measures or innovative concepts. Efficiency is not the only matter of import. Evaluations show how sensible measures are in the context of their organization or environment. We define the criteria together with our client.

Pre-existing standards may be kept, or new criteria developed. If need be, an evaluation can be executed on a strictly scientific basis. One example here would be the IFSE’s evaluation of Integrated Supply in cooperation with the Witten/Herdecke University. Each evaluation shows a potential for improvement. Regular evaluations are a clear signal of quality and transparency to anyone within the company and without. This is the Institute for Strategy Development’s cachet.
